ATC is an Authorized Technical Support provider for a number of companies including iAnywhere, Cambia, Kaseya, Religent and others. This gives you invaluable access to the engineers who implemented your solution and decreases the time it takes to understand and resolve your problems.

Our support department proactively monitors critical patches and program updates and ensures they are deployed to our customers in a timely fashion. We also provide help to those developing new solutions that need some guidance on the best techniques to use. ATC has a fully-equipped testing lab to reproduce customer issues and to test patches, fixes, and work-arounds prior to customer implementation of any changes.

We are staffed to answer calls. We dislike calling queues as much as you do, so we staff to keep you out of them!
