1. SOLUTIONS ARCHITECTURE DEVELOPMENT AND TECHNOLOGY SELECTION

We help you develop a comprehensive solution for remote and mobile users based on your requirements using the technologies that will best fulfill those requirements. We analyze business issues and processes, document and analyze your current environment and infrastructure, identify any gaps and create a Solutions Requirements and Architecture Document.

2. ASSESSMENT SERVICES

We review the health of a system that is in production to conduct an impact analysis before making a change to the system. Our assessment services include:

RemoteWare and Afaria System Audit Services - Our consultants check how your system is performing, how you can improve the reliability of your system and many other aspects of your system. You can choose to have an audit by phone or in person, an in person audit providing a more complete environmental assessment.

RemoteWare and Afaria Data Management Process Assessment - We review all work objects for RemoteWare and channels for Afaria and determine ways to optimize and improve performance. We export work objects and channels for detailed review, analyze the processes and definitions to identify gaps and missing functionality and recommend ways to rewrite the work objects and channels for optimum performance and usability.

3. IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES

Based on architecture development and assessments, we implement complete solutions, migrations, upgrades and system expansions. In each of the implementations we conduct, we provide a detailed assessment of current environment, defining and documenting critical processes to be automated and identifying key areas where processes can be implemented. We then create an implementation plan, a project plan, risk mitigation process and status reporting methodology. We then implement, test, rollout and document a complete solution. Our specific implementation services include:

Afaria Implementation - Based on your specific requirements, we plan, implement, test and rollout a complete Afaria solution.

RemoteWare Implementation - We plan, implement, test, rollout and document a complete RemoteWare solution.

LiveConnect Implementation - We plan, implement, test, rollout and document a complete LiveConnect solution.

RemoteWare to Afaria Migration - We safely and methodically migrate a current production environment to a new environment that can be put into production without disrupting users.

Extension of LAN/WAN Infrastructure to Mobile Users - We will develop a solution to help you maximize your current investment in your mobile communications infrastructure through the use of the appropriate mobile systems management tools. This service can help solve problems such as connection management, policy monitoring and enforcement, process automation, directory synchronization, content management and distribution, and more.

Migration to New Hardware and Operating System Platform - Migration of RemoteWare or Afaria to a new hardware platform may also include upgrading to the latest version of the same product.

Connection Management - Streamline the connection process of mobile users to the corporate network to ensure secure, reliable and efficient access to corporate information.

Upgrade Services for RemoteWare & Afaria - As new versions are released by iAnywhere, we test them to determine if they are appropriate for your specific environment. We have back-up and fall-back provisions to mitigate risk of upgrade, conduct upgrade planning and completion of enhancements, test the upgrade to ensure stability, upgrade the production environment, document the process and train your administrator.

Multicast Solution - Deliver large files to remote sites with minimal network overhead. We assess, plan, implement, test and rollout a multicast system. This can complement an existing remote site management system or can be used as a stand-alone solution for distributing files to a large number of remote sites over a limited bandwidth connection without interrupting daily operations.

Patch Management Solution - We assess, deploy, install and report success/failure for Microsoft and non-Microsoft patches. Operating System and application patching for mobile users without placing a heavy burden on the user or administrator.

4. HOSTING AND MONITORING SERVICES

We host systems that support retail sites and mobile users, remotely monitor systems installed in customer environments and serve as a disaster recovery site for these systems. Some of these services include:

Disaster Recovery Services - We give your company a 24x7 ready-to-go hot-site preventing any downtime in case of a disaster. We will keep your production Afaria and RemoteWare systems in sync and perform Semi-Annual Business Continuity testing to verify Disaster Readiness. We have many service models to choose from, depending on the level of Business Continuity you require.

Remote Monitoring Services - We undertake the responsibility of monitoring your servers from our offices. We review the logs, sessions and reports to relieve you of the burden of doing it yourself.

Integration Services - We help provide seamless integration with new applications, back-end systems, Microsoft SMS, SUS and other systems with RemoteWare and Afaria

Asynchronous Infrastructure Consolidation - We replace modem based solutions with PCIx compliant internal card based modem solution.

Remote and Mobile Support Systems Migration - We re-engineer existing mobile support solutions to integrate with upgraded or migrated back end systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft and Oracle Financials.

As a customer, you have direct access to experienced support analysts equipped with the latest help desk knowledge base necessary to support your problems at any level.
