The Problem: Syngenta Seeds, a world leader in agribusiness, needed an automated solution to deploy, operate, and manage a custom developed field sales application. The chosen solution would require a high-degree of integration with their corporate SAP systems based in France.
The Solution: ATC designed and implemented an information delivery system that would integrate with the Visual Basic application, MS SQL Server and extract data from their SAP systems. Capabilities include order entry, sales history, and database updates. We also implemented a high-speed data and report burster to break-up large files and distribute them to territory sales people. The system is a fully integrated solution that is in complete alignment with the needs of the Syngenta sales force.
The Results: The system has proven to be a reliable and easy-to-use solution that is highly maintainable enabling Syngenta to drive sales initiatives.
